I need a better free remote access software beside Logmein because its too slow. Or is there any other way I can connect thru my computer at home and in my job.
Doing RDP makes the things more complicated. I just want to download something that i can view and work with my computer at home while Im at job

You can try tightvnc (www.tightvnc.com) but you may have to work with your IT dept to allow traffic on the port that it uses. Another option is to use RDP, comes already installed with Windows, you just need to create a secure vpn connection and you are good to go. (Again, I would suggest enlisting the help of your IT dept. with this)

I use Ultra VNC.
Poor mans version of PC Anywhere (it’s free in most cases, and just as powerful).

Use the “Remote Desktop Connection”. It works on any computer. Here is a link on how to do it. (Remote Desktop Connection is free and built into every PC)

Window’s built in RDP is the best. (RDP = Remote Desktop Protocol)
The computer being accessed needs windows XP pro though. I’m not sure which version of Vista has RDP.

Do they explain costumer how to send them invitation and disable firewall or do they use some sort of software? It makes me wonder how dell , hp or any other remote pc technicians do it.

Yes, they use software solutions, probably ones developed specifically for the company.
